During the course of Engr. Ignacio’s employment with St. Rafael Development Corporation in 1997, he was sought out by Ms. Fabricante for various construction consultation issues. This started the professional relationship between them.
Maria Melanie T. Fabricante is a Real Estate Broker who started her real estate practice in 1997. She has been a consistent top performer for the housing portfolio of the different developers and financial institutions.
There has been constant communication between them including that of forming a company to cater any services to complement each other’s professions.
A construction company was then registered 16 years after the first meeting. In 2015, “East Tropics Land Developer Inc.” was created to specifically cater to the needs of their joint venture projects.
